In 32 days (June 1), I will be releasing my first book "Column Inches: The Everyday Observations of a Gay Pragmatist." It is a collection of my favorite work from my days as a columnist for CityBeat. For five years I shared my musings on gay and lesbian culture in my monthly column. Now I have collected the best of those columns together in this book.
The whole process of publishing the book has been quite a challenge. Like an increasing number of writers these days, I have decided to self publish the book (at least to start).

Right now I am finishing up the cover design and proofing the interior pages...while I revise the press release, write any other relevant marketing copy, and plan my overall marketing strategy. Just a little fun for all my spare time, ha ha.
